The start

I remember my first programming language very vividly. I was nine years old when my sister showed my a simple hello world app in java. It was just system.out.println("Hello World") but it blew my MIND. After that encounter I knew I wanted to be a software developer in some way.

Cool skills/hobbies

  • I love to speedrun Super Mario 64 and I am top 10 in the world for two different categories!
  • I do not use a traditional keyboard. I use a ortholinear, staggered, split, 42 key keyboard called the Corne which I built myself.
  • I also use Colemak DH instead of QWERTY to type. Colemak took me a long time to learn as I needed to relearn how to type but I persevered through the frustration and now I type at 150WPM!
  • I am able to solve a rubiks cube in under 10 seconds! Give me any rubiks cube and I'll make sure to surprise you

Education

Apart from teaching myself in my spare time with tutorial videos and Codecademy, I also attended a computer science college called Neumont College of Computer Science and received my Bachelors in Software Engineering!.

I love software engineering! The courses at this school have made me an expert in many of them. From containerization, cloud architecture, and databases to webpages with React or even android applications with android studio.

Whats Next?

My goal is to continue growing my technical abilities while also refining and building on my existing projects to refine my skills. I'm always excited to collaborate with like-minded individuals who share my passion for software engineering and creating innovative solutions.
